I'm not talking about their legitimacy.

The proxy made ~$15 for a few days in the end of first week of last month, and then, after half the month or so, the revenue has been very low consistently (lesser than $1 per day most of the days), and paying $250 for a proxy earning less than $1 a day is unacceptable. And the traffic it gets is quite low, according to me.

That's just my views. Other interested buyers might have different views :)

    Good luck!

Have you taken a look at the ctr and the ecpm? Secondly, you can't just buy a proxy and leave it for itself. You have to keep on making links, otherwise, the traffic will start to decrease
These sites have atleast 1500 backlink made and as i already told you, both proxies are priced above $300 at smartpagerank.com

Yes, I have looked at the CTR and the eCPM, and yes, I've noticed that they're unusually high for a proxy.

Well my friend, the only reason why each and every (well, almost) webmaster these days owns a proxy is because they're easy to promote, and once promoted, it keeps 'self-promoting' (assuming speeds are good, no annoying pop-ups are put, etc). Plus, the more backlinks a proxy has, the higher are the chances of it getting blocked by school filters and websense.

Anyway, sorry if I caused any trouble. I made the bid assuming the revenue was stable throughout and that I'd continue making $100 a month with the consistent revenue.

    Good luck :)

    No problem :)
But according to this everyone should stop making links cuz they will have there proxies blocked from admins.
Take a look at Alexa of proxy.org/kproxy.com and you won't see a decline in the graph + look at there backlinks. There never ending :)

You're talking about the big boys here :D. They employ several methods which makes it hard for the filtering companies to block them. And of course, all those methods need a lot of money to be used which small proxy owners like me and you don't have in surplus :p
