Will website benefit from high PR hosting?

I just plan to set up a new project and try to choose a host. Some web hosting have PR 8 or PR9, others only have PR3 or lower even though they charge the same price.

Will high PR hosting let search engine trust more those sites? Any good experience about it?

The PR of the hosting company has no bearing on your own site. PR is assigned to individual pages.

proinet is right. Your hosting provider has no effect on your PR since PageRank is determined on a per-page basis by the number of external pages linking back to yours.

Yea it has no effect. And having a pr on your site has no effect unless you wanna brag about it. Other than that it wont get you more customers...

Remember, there is no such thing as a stupid question (especially when someone is trying to teach themselves). Only stupid answers. Which thankfully this thread has been 100% devoid of. :)

I'm the wrong person to be thanking. proinet gets the credit as far as I'm concerned (since he beat me to it).

(ps, you spelled my last name wrong - it's Schulz, not Schelz)
