I have applied 2 days ago for an Adsense account and still waiting for their approval.

How long does it usually take for them to approve your account??

Yeah, be patient. I expect you'll get a response in the next day or two. It took a few days for mine to get approved.

I applied Adsense a/c a week ago with a Weblink Directory site. However, Google reject me. They take around 2 working days to consider.

And then I applied it again by another online shop. It works. They also take around 2 working days for the approval.

    ;)

It took abut 5days for me so don't take their delayed response as a sign of possible rejection. I wouldn't be suprised if you don't hear from Google this week, they're probably having some big office parties right now celebrting what must have been a great year for Google.

Be patient. When I applied way back when, it took about 4 days or so but don't be surprised if it takes a week or more at this time of year.

I'm sure the AdSense team are out of the office, nearly being new-year! :D
They would of usually responded in a few hours, which it took me on a normal working day.

I think it's pretty safe to say there is no exact time frame to expect a reply. For me it took about 24 hours. I would just be patient and hopefully you will hear something soon. And I would have to agree that with it being the holiday it could add a little extra time.

It took exactly a week for me and i was also anxious about being rejected or accepted.

Just wait it out for another week and if nothing new comes to your attention then you can email G and inform on your status.
Don't send them emails right away, be patient first.

They have really many different timings
My account was approved in 2 hours.
But maximum it can take 1 week to get approved.
And sometimes Adsense also disaprove ur Application.

It's been a coon's age since I applied, but I seem to remember it taking two weeks to get my approval. I'm sure the Holidays are probably extending the time beyond normal if there is any manual review necessary.

I doubt Google is paying holiday pay for people who are approving adsense accounts.
