How can I force a CSS column not to move when I crunch my browser?

I'm working with a WordPress theme and have manipulated a lot.

But my right-hand column moves when I crunch my browser down in size. It overlaps my center column in Firefox and pushes the center column to the bottom of the page in IE.

How can I force the right-hand column to stay in place so it won't overlap the center column or push it down when I crunch down my browser window to a different size? I don't mind if you have to scroll over to see it.

You can see it happening at my site here: http://www.thechristianguitarist.com

Try setting a fixed width for your center column. :D

Well, it was only after doing that that it started these behaviors. But I need that center fixed width. I just don't want the right column to overlap it or push it down--I want it to stay on the right of the center.

You could try setting a width/minimum width for the body element. That stops the whole layout crunching after a certain point.
