Page rank zero: should I be worried?

The page rank of one of my sites is showing as zero. It used to be 2, which was enough (it's a small market). The site is still appearing at the top of the search result list.
How can page rank be zero? Will this affect the list ordering some time? What is going on? Am I broken or is Google?
    Confusion...

What is the url? Are you sure its not something like www.example.com has PR but just example.com does not? Have you tested the PR with online checkers? It might just be your toolbar.

But as long as your ranking on Google I wouldn't worry too much about PR. I'd trade I'll me PR to be at the top ;)

The URL is "www.jcrompton.de". The digital point keyword tracker and page rank checker agree with the Google toolbar: page rank 0.
I agree that as long as I'm findable it's no problem. Just wondering if the system might wake up one day and decide I don't exist...
