ysm vouchers on old accounts

Can you use ysm vouchers on old accounts that vouchers have never been used I
know with google your account has to be less than 14days what about
yahoo

cannot find anywhere to apply the promotional code could tell
me how to do that or do I have to open another account

As I told u just select a coupon from http://www.minterest.com/yahoo-search-marketing-coupon-credit/ and contact their support team via email... and give that code to them.. they will add that manually.....
