    The best thing about the net is that you can always take it to the hosting provider in the first instance. If someone rips off your offline work - I've previously had whole sections from brochures etc lifted - the procedure is to write to let them know, asking them to a)Stop using your stuff and b)Destroy any copies of literature etc they've had printed that infringe on your copyright.

    When this inevitably fails (no-one ever seems keen on trashing the 20,000 brochures they've just printed) then it's over to the solicitors.

    I think you should contact the, do a whois search on the domain name and see if it has a valid phone number, try and contact him and make it very clear that you will take further actions if he does not remove any content that belongs to you.
