    I would have to agree with you there Reciprocal + Money will make it hard for @cheeta.admin to fill the directory.

    As for the nofollow its not that bad of an idea and it only means one thing, search engines will know of all the links within the directory, they simple wont follow a no-follow link hence the word, however a nofollow link is still a vaild backlink.
