Honestly answer if you read the entire TOS when you signed up for Google Adsense before placing ads on your site.

I know many people make fun of people for not reading the TOS but I am sure most people just skipped right through it anyways.

Not sure if I will get honest answers here but its worth a shot.

I probably scanned it, I sure didn't take notes or anything. TOS are usually common sense type deals, anyways, you can pretty much know what its gonna say before it comes up.

Good point, people do tell folks that alot... but in all honesty most of the TOS questions are common sense.

DON'T CLICK YOUR OWN ADS! Lol, common sense.

And to answer the question, no I did not read the TOS at first. Only read through it once when I had a question about something. Everything else I learned from here when people complain about there account getting zapped!

I skimmed over the TOS, but I didn't read the whole thing. I don't understand why people get banned so much. How hard is it not to click on your own ads?

I don't know why people try to take "shortcuts." The only thing that happens is they end up getting banned and losing money.

well i didnt memorize it, but i read the whole TOS, because it involved money. not the type to usually read TOSes, but i wanted to know what i'm not supposed to do, but found out that most are common sense.

however there were some that i didn't know, like not allowed to label your ads other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements".

I did not read it and usually do not read it on sites, because there is no chance to change it.

Haha.. Or maybe you're just more focused on web-mastering business than you are on studies.

I dropped out of the university (micro/macro-economics) due to that very reason. interested in too many subjects at the same time will make for a halfhearted effort in each and every field of interest. Sadly so ;)

I'm with Noppid. I read the TOS very carefully all the way through, including any links from within the TOS, before I placed any ads. I periodically go back and re-read them, usually to locate something to answer a "why am I banned" question on these forums.

I would encourage everyone to do so (see sig).

Yes, I read it. Since I had to pay several hundreds of Dollars for not reading TOS once, I always read the TOS before I agree to them :)

After doing some research on AdSense on various forums (Digitalpoint amongst them) and reading how important the ToS was, I took the time to really read it when I decided to sign up.

I read the TOS pretty well, maybe 75% of it.

Still loads to learn though (maybe I didn't understand what I read! - I have asked loads of numpty questions so far so I can't have got it all that well)

Most TOSs I just skim over, but for something that will (could) pay me, I definitely check it.
