Y'all are crazy. They really don't care that much unless you're hurting their brand name, or losing them money/stealing customers. And you have to be really high profile for that.
thats what im thinking a lot of ppl say they really wouldnt care the only reason they sued Froogles.com is because google was thinking of the same products in froogle.com
google ain't going to waste their time and sue a small website with no revenue. Only desperate people sue like that. The other day someone threatened to take legal action against me. They seemed desperate! I received emails twice a day for about a month!

If you're referring to IMs, you have a BUNCH of instant messengers publically displayed, which are mined. Sometimes the yahoo messenger address (or MSN), get mined and used for e-mail lists as well.
