Use your Competitive Ad Filter in your AdSense account, AdSense Setup tab.

I don't block and MFA long time ago since I know that google automatic block them for me :D

it's not joking! normally highest paying ads will show in first ads and the rest is low paying ads or MFA. you need to move the first ads to highest CTR position, then you will get highest profit. that's all. no need to block MFA, right? :)

note: When your block first MFA, then MFA #2 and #3 that pay lower than #1 will show up. never ending ;)

Put "blogspot.com" without www or http in competetive ad filter and all subdomains from blogspot.com would be banned from your accout in 24 to 48 hours.

It's useless to do, but you can block some of the bigger MFA spam sites... such as blogspot.com, etc. They tend to host alot of them... (not intentional of course lol)

it doesn't work that way always.

Google first tries to match the ads to content. if the MFA's ads are better targeted, they will get shown.

that is one reason why MFAs are still surviving. many of MFA webmasters sites are exceptionally good at targeting.

if you have a niche with a big inventory of ads, you may not get much MFA ads. in such cases there always be some high-paying ads that match the content closely.
