On that page is shows your site as:
    www.macmillanonline.net

This is only a directory and shows PR 0 on my toolbar. The other ages seem unavailable as well.

Shows PR0 for me as well. I checked McDar and it's showing PR7 with 21 G backlinks and some datacenters showing PR0 with zero backlinks.

You claim it to be registered since 1999 and all natural backlinks, yet how come the site had ZERO backlinks and a ZERO pagerank before the last toolbar update?

That just means the domain was re-registered again on that date. The wayback machine shows it was alive at least back in 2000, but the site never had many pages. Something is definately fishy about this though, but the site is indeed old.

Are you offering a money back guarantee that it will be PR7 (or even PR6) after the next update? Since you are pricing it based solely on it being a PR7, it seems reasonable.

Yes, the site is old, i know it is weird that creation date shows 2004 but if you check www.archive.org it shows that the site existed in 1999-2000. I`m sorry I am only selling this name and some of my other names, to make a down payment on my car that i`m importing, had it not been the case, I would not have sold the domains. So I`m sorry there is no guarantee.

Please check the sites backlinks it has some very old backlinks, and a couple of PR7's (natural) pointing to it, also the domain has inner PR which also helps maintain PR.

    Thank You.

Scotty do you own the auction site as well? Your domain is pretty much the only populated catagory on the site. I notice it says there is a current bid of $5075.00 and the starting bid was $3000.00 ? I am skeptical eventhough that PR7 looks appealing

No, the site is not mine, I was a type in user, when i wanted to market links, now I`m one of the first users there, and get a lesser commision charged, my first 20 auctions are free of any listing fee, auction is always an appealing model and is working for me. Thanks.

No it's not faked, it did that because you put in the domain name in capital letters.

I only say it' suspicious because those have to be all recently acquired backlinks... how else could the site have been a PR0 before the last toolbar?

This site has been PR7 for quite some time now, the sites that backlink them, you should check on achive.org and see how old the link age is.

Yes it’s a real PR7 domain but next update I don’t see it keeping it.

I feel that was the reason Shawn asked if he will give money back if it don’t keep it.

Only way I see it keeping its PR7 is if you have enough sites to keeps it using your own websites,
