    To be honest with you it really depends with your traffic volume. Two BANS sites the exact same. One gets 1000 hits / day vs 0 hits / day. There will be a big difference.;)

    It is anywhere between a couple of cents, to a few bucks for me. That is the nature of my stores though. Could sell an item for a few hundred, or an accessory for a few bucks. I have been getting more registration leads this month than in the past for some reason though... I like those!

    It really does depend. I have some sites that will occasionally make up to $45 sale. Others that make on average less than a dollar per sale. It really does depend on what your selling.

    Christmas... people have to buy things.

    So, I am only guessing here, but it would seem not prudent to promote ebay's downloadable informational products since they usually only sell for $0.99.

    It really depends on the niche. On one of my sites, sales avg anywhere from $3-10 commission. On another, it's more like $10-20. On still another it's more like $1-2.
