Require skilled PHP coder to fix script on PhpLD 3.2

    Hello everyone;

    I need someone with a good understanding of PHP, PHPLD 3.2 and the use of templates in these scripts to fix this for me.
    A working copy of the script in the same website is located here. The reason I can get it to work in the demo page is because it is in the root directory, the script's instructions specifies that this is the only way it will work. However, if you know how phpld works, the template files are a long road from the root directory, thus it escapes me how to get this script to run.

    If what I'm asking for is not possible, I'd like to know that as well.
