Well, you already found out signature links don't work. I mean, come on, common sense should have told you that one. :D

Word of mouth is overrated, unless it is free, and really good, like craigslist. And contests is another overrated method that doesn't work.

    If I may...

    1. You have a dark background. Many don't like them.

    2. You don't have enough articles. Maybe also include a picture gallery of both muscle guys and "hot babes"?

(This will also help keep your ranking high. ALWAYS put in fresh content. Though this isn't 100%. Tomorrow you may find your site gone, or on page 3. That's just the way the computers are.)

For the women pics, maybe something like this. This is my version http://www.thelist.fm/Picture-Gallery.shtml

Keep your first-time visitors coming back!

    3. The text is too small to read.

    4. You don't have links to your other stuff on the bottom of ytour articles. It just ends there. Many will not scroll back up to your navigation box.

    5. Add more pics to your articles. Liven them up!

    6. "No ads currently in this category." Then why havea link that goes to that page?

    7. On some of the pages I had to look twice to see which were Google ads and which were your articles!

There is more, but I hope you get the picture. :D

I think you should redo your site. Make it more appealing, add pictures of sexy women as a bonus, add more articles and pictures along with them...and then advertise.

Here is what will help you get the visitors you want...

    Good luck.

Those keywords your ranking for get no traffic, aim for keywords that actually get traffic.

And I've heard that market is pretty hard to get into now. But if there's a will, there's a way!

Your site actually looks like a parked domain page. Wonder if that has anything to do with it?

Perry Rose gave you some excellent advice.

    1. Your text is really small. Makes it hard to read. Increase the font size.

    2. Buy some PLR package on body building if you can't write a lot of content quickly.

    3. Start a newsletter. And as soon as people subscribe, send them to the OTO page (one time offer). Where they can buy a report or a body building nutrient product at a discount. Pump the money that brings in to further promote the site.

I personally think you would do better focusing on a couple of body building nutrient products that sell on continuity basis rather than Adsense.

this is such a simple but great point of advice. You'd be surprised at the results of changing a dark website over to a clean, white or light colored one!

Yeah I agree with you marketing is so hard ! I'm suffering just like you

anyway i suggest you to not try paid visits especially if you use adsense
for the word of mouth I think it's usueful for unique idea website not strong for you case

I strongly recommend using ebooks , giving away a good ebook for free or upon registering for example , will work I think
don't forget to use press release and book marking especially when you have a special thing or something hot on your website

    good luck

I agree with him. Re-read his suggestions again. Only this time don't read it as if those are only his opinions. Read it as if that's the way the general public feels.

For instance the text might not be to small for you but it is for a huge segment of the population.
