Buying Websites Resources

What are some good resources sites to purchase websites? I did a search on g but some of the sites were not all that great.

What do people here recommend?

 

buysellwebsite.com lists a few decent sites, but they are over=valued for the most part.

Ebay has some good ones now and again, but its hard to tell sometimes what is junk and what is not.

 

You might also try SiteBazaar.net, BuyDomains.com, Sedo.com, Afternic.com, or SearchTerms.org.

Wow. I checked out some of those sites and do people really buy the websites for that much money?

Has anyone really had any success buying a website from someone else?
