Do AdSense webs get higher priority over pages with no ads?

I am very new to forums however I am an active participant. I searched the google site but did not find an answer for this or I simply did not look in the right place.

Take this scenario:

1. ABC.com did everything right in order to get both listed and get a high ranking with google however ABC.com did not participate with adsense.

2. XYZ.com is everything ABC.com is but nothing more and did everything ABC.com did and also participates in adsense.

The question is:

Given the very same search words which web site will get a higher ranking?

 

According to my information ads are not the Factor for priority.

Its the Page Rank that works for google.

 

There's still no prove AdSense affects rankings, as Google says.

Of course, but we would be stupid relying on what Google says.

 

That's not my opinion. This would expose them to many legal cases.
