Adsense Referrals is for instant signup only?

Hello Adsense Experts!

Is Adsense Referral for instant signup only? I mean if anyone click the referral image link, don't signup instantly but signup after few days, it will counted as my referral?

For sure if he will not use again your website as referral will not be count.

 

The adsense refferal works like this. You get $100 when a person signs up with adsense and then makes their first $100.

This is waht I was worried about. For the reason, I don't like referal system but PPC. Coz visitors learning from my site but signing up later just typing www.google.com/adsense

As I know some referal companies count it for specific period if the visitor who already clicked their ads signup/buy later. i.e. within 30/45 days. May be they get record from visitor's IP address.

Why not adsense?

Dont know what referral companies count by IP .. but its kinda strange to bealive .. lets say one visitor check your site and click on adsense referral and come after in my site and click again at same referral and so one more sites (on 30/45 days have all time in the world).. whos referral will be that ?

 

Ask people to click Referrals is allowed? not violating google TOS?

 

which is precisely why you only get credit for visitors singing up directly from your site, not a few days later. otherwise disputes are bound to happen.

 

This question is interesting, so nobody knows if Google place something like a cookie like lots of other referrals?

 

They use cookies. I had a referral from November that didn't show up in my referral count until the second week in December. In other words, on December 1st, my November referrals count was at 3. Sometime in the second week of December, I checked again and my November count was 4.
