HELP! Paypal suspended my account because of 6by6millions! How do I delete my account

I got an email from paypal today because of a stupid choice I made when I first started exploring ways to make money on the internet. I joined 6by6mllion.net and they gave me my own page with a paypal button on it.

Paypal thinks it is a matrix scheme or something. I honestly have long forgotten about my 6by6million page, and I have no I idea how to delete my account. I cannot accept paypal payments until I take down my page.

Anyone know how to delete a 6by6million.net account???

Do a whois on godaddy. Call the phone number it gives you. See if you can get a hold of the domain owner. The website is horribly designed I didnt see a contact page anywhere.

    Thanks for the help.
I tried that, phone number seems to me a fake.
I also emailed the whois contact email. Hopefully they reply very soon.

that's what he is trying to do ;)...he's trying to figure out how to do that...(the site must be removed, i.e...he has to have his account on that site deleted...not just stop using it)

yeah, it is not as simple as "just stop using their service". There is a webpage with a paypal button on it with my email as payment.

I wonder if deleting that email from my paypal account would work. I think ill try that! thank for the tip. what a pain in the ass that is going to be though, i use it for ebay too...

by the way, I have emailed and called every contact that might be associated with the website, no replies yet... I even emailed paypal for help.

Called that number, it is a paypal customer service line.

I already talked to a paypal customer service rep, and he said I HAVE TO get that button taken down before I can access my account again. He said I couldn't just delete the email address from my account.

    Thanks for the help anyway...

just say you didnt make the account there and that it was a spammer using your email address and your not responsible for that.

they can see the $6.00 payment to the website to get my own page. They know it wasn't a spammer. I got the email I made the payment to, but no f'ing replys yet. This sucks. Wish I wasn't such a n00b back then.

That's why I said to ask for Kurtis.

Anyway, you'll get yourself out of it. Don't worry about it.

    Good luck.

If there are any techies out there that wanna help, I could sure use the contact info for 6by6million.net. I tried the whois, but the phone # is bad, and no reply form the email. It would help to know where the site is hosted at...

Don't bother trying to contact the losers at 6by6million. You need to get in contact with the company that is hosting your site. They will be a separate company from 6by6million.

ok the IP of 6by6million.net is 74.54.18.210
I did a lookup and it says the address belongs to eunos.websitewelcome.com.

Does that mean the host is websitewelcome?

If the page that contains your paypal link is under 6by6million.net than yes those are the people you should contact. If not lookup whoever is hosting that page, because that is the one you want removed or at least altered to take out the paypal button.

Finally, they removed the page with my paypal button on it! I emailed Chill Web Design, and they took it down. Also found the email of the owner of the site, and they replied to.
