I don't think so. Never heard of such a case, and I would hear if it happened.

I do know one of my pals who got a mail like this a couple of days back
Dear publisher, Your AdSense account was found to be related to an account previously disabled for invalid click activity and we have therefore disabled your account. Publishers disabled for invalid click activity are not allowed further participation in AdSense and do not receive any further payment. The earnings on your account will be properly returned to the affected advertisers. As outlined in our program Terms and Conditions, Google reserves the right to terminate any publisher participation at any time. All the money you earned were subjected to fraud reversal from your bank and have been filed a legal complaint in the attorney of jurisdiction. Sincerely, The Google AdSense Team

Wonder if G would really do something?..

You do not need to click add to get sued, just register a domain with google in in it, you will get a legal notice asking you $100000 damage.
Check websites like ihategoogle.com to find a copy of the legal notice.

Google like any other big corporates does sue people to protect their interest.

They mean what they said. They say what they meant. There're cases I read in the past that Google actually went after big click-fraud rings involving multi-million dollar. However I read somewhere once that Google also sued a blogger to get a couple thousands back. I believe the it depends mainly in the publisher's jurisdiction. Should he resides in countries where internet laws doesn't exist, Google will never go there.

I think, there is so many small scammers, that sueing anybody is useless. They just close theirs accounts and that's the end of the case.
