Directory script: OpenLD 1.2.9 Released

OpenLD have got lots of new features, plugins and extensions recently in 1.2.7 and 1.2.8, now a new version have been released, OpenLD 1.2.9.

Among the new features in OpenLD 1.2.9 is
*It's now possible to make themes without having an admin folder, which reduce a lot of file size per theme
*3 new themes, that's included in the script by default
*An option to regulate the number of search results per page

There's also a demo available here.

Notice that the demo have a few default extensions installed and it does not display the default theme, but one of the new themes which is included in the script by default.

Does the system use smarty templates? If so, I can probably help with the coding experience.

Always looking to learn new things.

 

It has php templates, it's almost like smarties, except that you use php instead and that you more free to do what you want in the templates.
