I used to get pretty stressed but now I just try and relax when I feel stress coming on... I dunno it's like a mental thing, I just try to stay calm, and it works very well. Be aware that any stressful situation will pass sooner or later so why stress over it? On occasion though if it's like a ton of stress I'll just go and play some hockey.
