    Theres a lot of ways to handle stress but usually find myself doing these:

    Listing to music
    Play Halo3
    Play Paintball when i have a chance.
    Play MTG

    Break things while yelling and screaming. It really helps to balance me out.

    I used to get pretty stressed but now I just try and relax when I feel stress coming on... I dunno it's like a mental thing, I just try to stay calm, and it works very well.

    Be aware that any stressful situation will pass sooner or later so why stress over it? :D

    On occasion though if it's like a ton of stress I'll just go and play some hockey. You're missing sports as an option in the poll :p
