you may keep this template simple and more readable just keep one sidebar either in left or in right.
and looks me that you are trying to check all adsense

nice website.. Lots going on. Took a while to load with all the widgets.
May look at losing a few or upgrading server.

I would suggest perhaps a better server. I had to attempt 3 or 4 times to get to your site (connection reset errors). Also your english is a bit off which may annoy some people.

Faster server

 

I liked your blog's theme. It is very good.
You advertisments are interfering with normal browsing. Especially, the floating ad at the bottom right corner.
Also it will be better, if you reduce the number of ads in your homepage. Why don't you try for private ad sales? It will surely earn you much more and help you remove these annoying ads.
Either you need to reduce the number of charachers in your blog's name. Or you should reduce the font size of the header section showing your blog name.
The total size of your homepage is 775 KB. I think it will be better, if you reduce that too.

 

It is loading very slow...no idea why...
I think you can do it better, but it is a good start.

How do we determine the server is faster or not?

 

You already have private ad sale running. I just saw "Put Your Ads Here!" link at the top. That is private ad sale.

The page is loading slow because of the large size - 775 KB. And since most of the embedded objects in the page - images, flash, javascript etc are from external sites, the load time increases further. Remove all unwanted icons and objects from your page, including the neocounter and some of teh image badges.

You can use the below tool to check your server speed.

Also you will get banned fast if you make multiple consecutive replies. Use the button to quote multiple messages within a single post.

 

Like the other said, it is because of the server...will do better...but on what? Be specific...

Very slow there indeed.. There are ways to find a bottle neck in your website, for start you can read this webmaster checklist.
