3. hundreds (more than thousands) successfull link exchange (growing)
4. around 1000 html pages (.php extension but actualy solid html) all directory style except home page - which makes revenue -
5. No. 1 for link exchange at linkmetro so a free link there -check their homepage-.

Other:
* I don't think such good position and that many backlinks need any proof for income (I am busy, not lazy. )
* 10-50 visitors a day, but targetted trafic that makes real clicks ( and growing hence improving the position)
* Not a single penny on attracting visitors or SEO
* lots of contents available for expanding the home page public domain.
* Bought from STARTECKONLINE.COM and Around 5 month remaind.
* google adsense can be easily replace by yours through include file.
* I have never sold a site, I don't accept any expence (if any)

Seriously though, if you offer something for sale, do you not think it is fair that people ask questions or for additional information? There's a lot to consider when purchasing a web site. A quick and honest reply to these questions will show you as a someone that is caring and interested in making a deal, I'm no expert but I suggest the tone of your replies might put a few potential buyers off... as I said, no expert.

A start price is $400 is quite a lot. Especially if you're not prepared to prove the earnings.... all it takes is a screen shot?

If the content is not original, then it is likely to be shown on other sites, this also has an impact on the value of the site IMO.

Also, this site suggests that a lot more effort and work is required, not least to keep up your number 1 position at Link Metro for lnk exchanges. Which incidently, was why I asked how secure these links are. I know for certain that you've exchanged links with at least 20 of my sites..... perhaps I should consider removing these links following your curt response to my interest in your site?

Yeah this makes it sound like there was something shady that happened in the past between you two. If so you should try and clear the matter up not cover it up.

Well, I spent around 5 minutes to find a type of "proof of income" but I couldn't. could somebodytell me how to get a proof of income.

A snap shot of google adsense takes several images and not to be against TOC I have to edit that. (ie. 20 minutes)

For god sake guys, you don't trust the position on search engines + thousands of backlinks but trust a snap shut of a web page.

Article is not mine, if it was i had many better jobs than selling thousands of backlinks to $400, but I have full permission to include and change it to whatever way I like and I'll pass this permission to the buyer.

In my opinion, this is an appropriate question, especially when copyscape shows over 1000 words of the home page from an other site.

 

- good search engine position
- thousands of backlinks
- good revenue
- free link at linkmetro.com due to more than 3500 successful link exchange. (thousands still pending and being approved - or rejected - every day)

Have I asked for anybody's comment? I don't think so.

By taking the time to explain a few things your site would be sold alot faster.

 

Being No1 in LinkMetro is not a value in itself. You just get irrelvant inbound links and you just generate irrelevant outbound links.
If you have 1000 of backlinks and just a PR2, what is the value of these links.

1000 offtopic pr2 links are worth more than $50. You will find all those pr2 link sites climbing in pr really fast because of the linkmetro network & that most of them use other "tools" for seo. I think he has got a short term penalty because of the speed of linking, but will have long term payoff.

To save myself from unsolisited comment: I know alexa rank has no value, it is an answer to a question.

Actually I mind because this is for search engine forum. There are many posibilities that I might have not known, in such case it wouldn't be any weakness to this site. It is not my problem that google doesn't update its page rank every 30 days. Still if google gives me PR0 but double revenue I would increase the price by two. I am not selling page rank here what I sell is revenue and search engine position. - and lots of other features I listed -
