Categories appear to be locked by administrator when trying to submit

 

They are not locked.Just browse the cat, then click submit (dont touch the root drop down at submit page )

 

You must place your listing in a specific category you can't put it in a general one.

I can't submit, it says the catagories are locked.

 

From root go to a general category and from there go to a specific category. You can only place listing is specific categories. If you need anymore help feel free to post.

 

I just submitted my links for approval without any problem. Just need to browse to the appropriate categories and fill in your your details => Leave the first box [root] alone.
