I thought it might be useful to start a little survey to see when people click on adsense ads and maybe we can all apply this knowledge to help us earn more moola. So, when do YOU click on adsense ads? I'll start it off. I usually only click on them when I'm searching for a specific product or service and am comparing prices, shipping. Other than that the only time is if I see something that really catches my attention and I click out of curiousity... but that isn't very often. How about you?
well, those that know about AdSense mainly don't click on Google Ads, only by mistake. but new internet users, always tend to click on them.
Yeah, so should NEVER EVER EVER EVER click your own Google ads. That's just asking to get banned. Google will find out. Their technology is amazing.
Most of the times I'm on my laptop and click them by mistake. For those that have laptops know that if you hit the mouse pad twice on a laptop then that is equivalent to a left click on a normal mouse. So that is my number one reason for clicking adsense (and other ads alike). My other reason is if an ad catches my eye and I am genuinly interested I click on it no matter if it's an adsense ad or not. I know that it's going to help put a couple pennies (or more) in the persons pocket and I don't really mind doing that for them. K.
Let me rephrase the question. I'm not talking about clicking your own ads... I'm just talking about when you are surfing on other sites, searching, etc. Yes... never ever click your own ads!
I subscribe. Those using Adsense and webmasters in general don't click the ads. The ads are for the ones not knowing what internet is. I asked a friend of mine one day if he knows what the ads are and he says: "some links from your site, right?" This proves that the ones that do click on the ads are the beginners, no offense. P.S. If i want to find a specific product, service offered by someone i simply search on Google and not click on the ads.
When the search results suck normally - on the right hand side - but I hate miss leading ad's that just draw your attention and the site sucks.
even before i really knew anything about Adsense i never clicked the ads because i considered them as 'spam' and i knew it was just someone trying to sell me something.. now that i'm an Adsense publisher and an AdWords client i NEVER click them..
I avoid clicking them so I don't get in the habit and click one of mine without thinking. Sometimes I'll type a url from an ad. Sometimes very hesitatingly I'll click an ad when it looks better than the search results. Don't feel like typing...reassure myself it's safe then click. Then wonder...
I avoid clicking them at all costs and have gone as far as banning the sites from all of the systems in my household.
LoL Wowhaxor - do explain - I click them when I need money or I haven't hit my minimum (desired) amount for the day .
everybody knows what an adsense ad is by now. Therefore if everyone clicked them to support the owner of the site when they enjoyed their visit it would be nice. When i read a good blog post or visit a cool site i click an ad for them when im done.
I click because they are worth clicking and helping the person earn. But most of the time I never click or click by mistake!
I mostly never click adsense ads. Sometimes however if I find a very good and helpful site I might just skim through the ads and click on something that interests me. (My way of saying thank you to the site owner)
