Whats a good method to start a great blog, and get a lot of people to read? Writing good articles, Any techniques on keeping the users attraction for wanting to read your blog. Looks, what specifically does people want to see? How to get your blog on Social Marketing sites and viewed by thousands? What blog system to use? What are the best methods for RSS Feeds(publishing). Best topic is one you like and know alot about. Then try to find topics that are popular on social bookmark sites. Submit rss to any site that allows it and url to directories also.
System- Wordpress. Keep them interested with quality articles, and you can use contests to draw in more readers as well. I started a contest for a few domains that I had lying around and increased RSS subscribers to 35~; heck a lot of them might leave after it finishes but the ones who stay are pure gold
Aim for quality over quantity. If you can do many quality articles, sure, do them. As a baseline, one a day for a blog sounds good; try not to do too many as in the beginning your few readers will be swamped with articles. Once you have the level of popularity that Chow, ProBlogger etc do then sure, churn out 2-3 a day as long as they're quality ones and you've taken time to write/think about them

Content is King.. Really. Regarding, Social Networking sites, it helps to bring in traffic but this mostly are general viewers, and most are not among your niche. Try to focus on Marketing to your niche. The best way to get targeted traffic is through hanking high whenever an Internet user searches for any of your products, services--- keyword/s. So do some SEO. Quality content + Organic, Relevant Links = High PR.

Choose your niche and stick with it. The lesser the competition the better. But make sure people have a need to read it. And, make sure you know that quite well and it interests you.
Once you can identify a niche you can write endlessly about, then you've solved the first problem. Then you need host your blog on your own domain and choose an attractive template/theme. Infact, this has been the center of attraction to my own blog ebizmethod.com, people simply love the design. Also provide good content and update it regularly, not overly so though. ensure you have enough posts, at least 3 post before you begin to promote it. Hope this helps
Whatever you do try to make your articles easy to read and entertaining. The most popular articles are useful or humor. I think a good example of a viral post is this article about the top 50 bloggers, which took the blog from being mediocre to having everyone talk about it

Yeah thanks, I completely understand what you mean. I also have to take the writing out of class and put it in my writing everyday with a Introduction Paragraph + Thesis, 3 Explanatory paragraphs to follow my thesis, and a conclusion . Depending on how its written.
Pick a topic or theme you're willing to stick with over the long haul. The best niche blog in the world isn't worth beans if you can't stand writing about the niche.
