What kind of firm is this. I received my two articles and it made me 110% dissappointed. I told you before writing them that I am also a professional writer. The two articles I received would get a 3/10 from me (Too generous). Grammar is way down and the points you made in a way cancel each other out. You say one thing is going to happen but you end the article my saying that the opposite will happen. I don't know if this is a firm or not, but it seems that it was written by either someone foreign or a 14 year old. At least when you provide some good service, do it in a professional manner.

Next time you give someone this service follow these:

-good grammar
-proper paragraph format
-clear sentences
-researched ideas or original ones that MAKE SENSE

We rarely contact any one with messengers.We mainly deal with our clients via E-mail.
I think some one else contacted you and used the same details as we do.
We officially never took any order from you and we assure you that we never provided you our service.
