How fast can you guys lose weight? Do you do any cardio or do you lift weights? If you lift weights - how many times a day do you lift? What do you do? If you do cardio - how many hours a day are you running around or walking trying to stay in shape? Personally, I can lose weight fast pretty fast if I work out and such.
Once I lost 60 pounds in five months!! It's not that hard to lose weight...if you have a stomach that loves to throw meals back up!!! Then I had surgery! (Crohn's disease)
If you do the special k diet or sacred heart soup diet you can lose 5-10lbs in 1-2 weeks. I've done them but they require will power!
I've lost weight quite recently, and to be honest I still am but it's great because for some reason I don't have to excercise or really eat less and it's still coming off! (I really don't know why, it's crazy! Maybe my metabolism took a kick up the arse when I was putting effort in, who knows? I just hope I keep losing. )
