Hey everyone today I went into the hospital to have my fourth eye surgery within 16 years of my life. I had to get surgery on the left eye this time because something with the muscle was making me see at certain times. I am now sitting at my computer with my right eye open and left one close. Fun night ahead of me pshh

Ah yeah, see I am lucky on that part, I don't have to or need glasses/contacts.

Sounds like a pretty harsh procedure. My friend has some pretty bad eyes and takes some medicine that jacks him up beyond belief! He used to take this stuff that made him a rage-a-holic, I'm glad he found something a little more mild. He still says he dislikes it though, hopefully it will work and he can stop taking that stuff. It just goes to show how blessed we are for everything we have... even if your sight isn't the best, I'm sure you have many other things to be thankful for.

lol no eye patch, so no pirate for me. They just recommended I put a wet rag on it, which I did.

i see double when i look up down or side to side, because of an implant in my left eye orbital floor. it was smashed when i was 15 along with my cheekbone.
thats 10 years ago, although the side to side has improved a lot, the up and down hasn't very much. so i need to tilt my head to the place i need to look, i.e. stairs or the curb.
i can feel the implant (the effects of it) when i move my eyes the left eye feels like it is pressed in places.

I've almost lost my eyes when I was at primary shool, accident with firecrackers. I've had lots of surgerys and I don't wear glassess, there's nothing wrong with my eses right now - I was lucky..

Eye surgery didn't hurt, but I was so shocked (I couldn't see fo 2 weeks) that I don't even remember them.
