Problem with avatars... Vbulletin

    For some reason my users aren't able to upload avatars. When I'm logged in as an admin it works fine for me, but they are getting this:

    any idea how to fix this?

    Did you turn them on in vbulletin options-->user picture options ?

    Yes, they are enabled there. They work fine for mods and admins but not for "normal" users..

    How about "Picture Uploading Permissions" in

    AdminCP ==> usergroup manager ==> registered users

    do you store avatars in the filesystem and did not set the proper directory permissions?

    you might also have a problem with php safe mode uploading / vb settings.

    Check the userground permissions for registered members.

    Admin CP> Usergroups > Usergroup Manager> Registered Members> Can Upload Custom Avatars [YES]
