i don't think that they are good oppurtunities for traffic. Also milliondollarwiki, milliondollarwiki etc.
Most of those sites don't bring in traffic. No one really visits those on a daily basis to check out random sites. And the chances are slim of you ad getting clicked if you don't have good positioning.
Yep, no traffic from them, and a page with hundreds (or thousands) of outgoing links and no real content isnt going to pass on any link goodness. So a complete waste of time.
