All I see is adsense now. For computer theme scripts it probably don't pay much. As for advertising I didn't notice that you sold any ad.

However what is the traffic and income now ? Maybe it's peak of this site in current state.

What you could do to earn some extra money is this:

Take your most popular free scripts from your site, package them as a zip, and sell them here. You may want to remove your site sig before you do so. And hope that not too many people read this particular thread!

Why don't you create a myspace site? They're very profitable.

Since he does not own these scripts this is illegal.

If you want to PAY $1,000's a day, specifically in legal fees, you could try that.

Actually it depends. If the license falls under a 'general public license' (free), you can modify, repackage and sell software or scripts as your own.

    http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html

At least that is my understanding of it.

"Does the GPL allow me to sell copies of the program for money?
Yes, the GPL allows everyone to do this. The right to sell copies is part of the definition of free software. Except in one special situation, there is no limit on what price you can charge. (The one exception is the required written offer to provide source code that must accompany binary-only release.) "
