Which is the cheapest email marketing service available on the web? like a service which sends millions of emails to people who have chosen to receive them.

Google "PHPList". It is a free PHP script you can install on your webserver. Many webservers already have the script built-in. Pretty easy to use too.

So you basically want to "buy" or "rent" a list?

I'd seriously not suggest doing that. Most of these have horrible results and they go against general internet marketing ethics.

Email spam is the biggest waste of time ever.

Every time I get a spam email I want to castrate the webmaster. Please don't make me castrate you.

You get what you pay for, I would suggest that you invest in either Aweber.com, Emailaces.com, or Getresponse.com
