Drupal RSS Module For All Node Types

    Does anybody know of a RSS drupal module that will work for all nodes whether or not they are promoted to the front page?

    Check out the 'views' module. There is a "Views RSS Selector" module that comes with it that will allow you to add an RSS feed to a view.

    Are you looking for a RSS feed for a node + it's comments? Try the 'commentrss' module.
