Plus buyer gets full rights to the template!
Plus buyer will also get the same template that is coded for phpld bid link script!
Only thing, 499here.com there is a sponsor link on the template at the bottom. The person that bought that link bought it ONLy for 499here.com and must stay until October 1st of next year.
So you can use your own link as sponsor on the template, sell the spot on the template, give the template away, etc.
The template is yours to do as you please.

There is no demo of the template using phpld bid link script.

Now the nitty gritty....the featured ads on 499here.com of course must stay.
On the left side, the sponsor boxes, I will remove those that can go. What will be left has to stay.

Buyer will get downloads of the templates, plus full cpanel access to 499here.com to move the files and database.

Bidding will last for 5 days only. Or until BIN is met.
Bidding to start at $25.00.

That is a nice looking directory. I might have to suggest it to my friend who is into creating directories right now.

 

Do I understand correctly, of the three links in the footer the "Sponsored by: Xtreme Directory" is the only one that must stay and that is until October 1st of next year?

You may put in your own links or sell them, it will be your template for the phpld bid link script.

On the template that is on 499here.com, you can also remove the sponsored by if you use it on other directories.
Your template, so you can give it away, sell the sponsor links, etc.

Thank you for clarifying. One more question regarding footer links: If brandfree option is purchased for phpLD licence would the "The powered by PHP Link Directory." still be required to stay?

You know, even though your site has no PR at the moment, it looks like it will soon with your backlinks from Yahoo and being indexed in Google. But for my money, I would rather buy a domain that already has PR, build a unique, niche directory, which Google seems to favor over the general ones. That is what I have done with my two sig links. I bought them both for cheap, and they both have PR, and they are both niche.

Made me do some re-evaluation of my decision to sell.
That and in the past 3 days, I have sold some links on the site.

Thus, if no one hits the BIN by 8pm tonight, my time, this site is no longer for sale.
