I have 2 domain names www.mxp.com and www.businessinfocus.com I occasionally receive enquiries, particularly for mxp, but no offers. I am curious to know what the market value of these names might be, I've been told that mxp might have a very significant value. Can anyone give me some advice? Many thanks
MXP.com is worth a lot! All four letter .coms have been grabbed today, so there are no more 3 or 4 letter .coms left. It's worth at least 500$...
even the worst of the worst 3 letter .coms are at around $1500. Now is the time to sell because of the market,or wait another 1-2 years and cash in nicely.
I bought mxp.com about 6 years ago and paid £xx,xxx for it. I've been told it is worth at least £xxx,xxx, possibly more. That got my attention! Can anyone advise me how I might go about getting a realistic appraisal? I could do with £xxx,xxx Thanks everyone

I would say 10kish, most of the people here have no idea what they are talking about imo. 6 figs in pounds? 200k? not today unless you found a VERY motivated buyer. Baseline price for 3 letter.com as of november 1, $5500 USD. X hurts your domain imo, M and P are decent letters hence why I think it would go for around 10k right now reseller.
for mxp.com current reseller value is about $7.5k I'd say. There are a bunch of similar names being sold every day, so there are rather fixed prices. But if you had for that long it's probably worth to wait some more and see if there are some end users interested in offering more ~MG
I totally disagree with everyone here. mxp.com has no value whatsoever. what does mxp mean? Nothing. I checked google, yahoo and msn, and they don't know what msz.com means. I feel sorry for you and I am willing to take it off your hands for $14 (double the current registration fee for a .com). I know, I am a sucker. But I know you would put the money to good use. Feel free to PM me if you are interested. PS I am joking and would value the domain at priceless because there are no 3 letter TLD available now. Go talk to a professional and reputable company if you want to sell it. Go for a company who has had similar sales recently. PPS I love you and you can move into my house as long as you bring your money with you ;-)
wow I missed this comment somehow, thanks for pointing that out Cody, yep pricewise it wasn't the best move I'm afraid. At current rates it will take probably another 3-6 years till the reseller value for the domain reaches that amount. ~MG
