Paypal does allow holding of 2 Accounts MAX

i have a personal account, and a business account!

verify one with a card, and then remove the card from that acount and verify the other!

this was advised by PP CC when i wanted to verify my personal account!
    ( i only have one card:p, ICICI )

between the 2 you could accumulate in one and then widraw!

did a transfer - 100$ to test the bank transfer! am having a SBI account!
let me see how it goes!:)

The IFSC number for SBI is like:

    SBIN00 this is fixed,
after that, put your branch code! if the branch code is 4[xxxx] then add a zero, if it's 3 digit then add 2 zeros!
for example: SBIN00 0XXXX and don't give the space in between!
    easy!
    cheers!

When you withdraw money from paypal account to your bank account, the money comes from Citibank India... So it is a NEFT-National Electronic Fund Transfer. No payment from abroad. So there is no problem to withdraw money to your account....

    Hi All,

    Good news.

Everyone were discussing abt the new feature for transferring funds to Indian Bank a/c & none of them have confirmed that the transaction works.

But I have tested & it worked fine , also there were no 5 - 7 business days delays.

I initiated a transfer from paypal to my ICICI a/c on 31 Oct early morning 02:00 AM (Indian time) for $800 & I got the amount credited into my ICICI a/c on Nov 1st evening by 09:45 PM (the next day).

So the transfer has happened within 36 hrs.

Its really amazing & I'm very much happy .

Though of sharing with you all.

So my observation is , if you have linked your bank a/c with correct details, then paypal to indian bank tranfer is much more safer/reliable/faster than any other mode.
Because I have used XOOM , WU , Money2India (thought money2india is safe , it takes 5 business days).

So guys pls post some feedback of your successfull transaction here in this thread , to make sure by observation is correct.

    Thanks.

Okay guys, this is good news.

The transfer worked beautifully. Got my credit last evening itself to my icici bank account.

So in short there is not even delay of 2 days, let alone 5-7 days which paypal states for safety.

Now just hoping for some dollar appreciation! :D

He said 'I think PP will allow the Funds transferred to PP A/c from the Indian Banks.' so I think no body yet tested to transfer from their indian bank account to paypal account so how can you say that it is already started ? Have you done that
