So I type in "please click the ads" in google and start surfing pages. So many sites, and alot of high PR sites blatently telling people to click the google ads. Would google be ticked at me if i send in a couple hundred violation reports? Cuz i really have too much time on my hands.

    I don't think so.

Remember they are violating TOS. You should report them. If I was Google I'd be real happy. That's a couple hundred less people messing the system.

Turn them in. They are not playing fairly and they're cheating advertisers out of money.

I'd say Google won't react too fast if the revenue brought by those publishers is high. ;)

Umm, aren't you in the business of trying to make money online?

Why not reg a domain like ... BustedByBraveHeart.com and make a blog and then post the vioators and show screenshots. And I would make a separate page that is just a clean list of the domains and date of violation and you could keep a sitewide counter .. ## domains caught, ## domains deactivated.

Then, post a comment in Matt Cutt's blog every now and again and on other SEO boards asking "How long will Google allow these TOS violators to continue?"

I mean aren't people here always touting how you should make websites about things that interest you? Eh, probably a silly idea ... nm. Just do your research for fun and submit to the adsense team and get frustrated at their inaction
