Tip Top Directory - Now PR3

    Along with some of my other sites, the PR update has helped a lot!

    I just wanted to let everyone know that my directory, Tip Top Directory is now a PR3, and should be considered now more attractive to many of you.

    You must have java turned on, everyone. I have gotten several submits that have java off, which in turn cheats me by filling in all 5 deeplinks. The free without reciprocal provides 3 not 5.

    So, get a Featured Link with 5 deeplinks at Tip Top Directory (Siggy) for $3 (price used to be $5). These links never expire..

    I want your free submissions, too    . Everyone gets deeplinks, and the free submissions get 3.

    Reciprocal is now disabled, as I got a lot of deeplink abuse from automatic submitters.

    Whatever the case, I want your link! All ip's and most domains on the ban list have been unbanned to give people a second chance, too!
