Also I dont understand by what you mean by "partially dynamic". If I have 10 pages and want to add another page, wouldnt I have to edit the sidebar for all the pages individually or do you have some script which lets me get past this problem.

Partially dynamic means, the sidebar , footer, ads and header will be separated into separate files. And those files will be included in the page using a php include statement. So that means if you want to switch from adsense to adbrite then just edit few files. Or if you want to add a sitewide link then you need to edit one file only. Believe me , its not complicated. It will make your work easier only.

All content will be copyscape passed. Infact no rewriting in being done. A writer will write content for you from scratch and the content will be edited by me.

Coding will be XHTML/CSS validated.
