Hello;

Im interested in SEO bout 5 months and i know general rules...(and bored cus of read them everywhere...)
5 months not a long period but i learnt basics and some advanced rules.Im in a seo contest now, about 3 days ago my ranks was #1 but after PR upgrade my rank down to #3.Cus the first two sites taken their PR's. Im still 0

So i want to learn advanced seo tips / rules. Ive read many seo books like made easy, power blogging, iwebtool seo etc..

Read SEO blogs. There are quite a few of them around.

Conduct experiments of your own. It can lead to you discovering something new..

 

now that you know the basics.. u gotta start experimenting and also studying your competitors websites (especially those who are having good rankings), you will learn more from experimenting than from reading all the ebooks availabe on the internet.

PS: don't start experimenting on hard niches like casinos, viagra, mortgages, hard medical niches.. you need to learn to walk before you try to run.

that's not the reason, the pr update has nothing to do with ur rankings loss.
