    Im not the Author , but long time ago on ebay I bought a massive software package with this program to create 3D books.

    You can use light.
    Book Styles
    Templates
    Angles
    ect..

    Not sure of program name.

    Google for "ecover design software"

    CoverActionPro.com is very nice. You can also find similar stuff on eBay for a few dollars, just not as powerful.

    Just google "ecover tutorial" and you'll find ten or twelve. Or you can hire someone to do it pretty cheap.
