    Hmm strange DynamicDrive.com went from PR8 to PR5
    it has great content and it is a real resource with unique content.

    Google must have a BUG on their algo :-(

    some other popular sites went from PR8 to PR4 ...

    This has to be a mistake ...

    my site went from a PR2 to PR3 but my Google traffic dropped dramatically.

    are they still doing updates?

    I am seeing this as well. Had a site that was PR4, dropped to PR 2 a week before the update (with the washingtonpost, forbes update), now during the update , the toolbar shows PR 3, but half datacenters show PR5 (and the other half Pr3). Site has never had a PR5 so the 5's that are showing aren't a roll back or anything, but I don't think they will stick.

    Very weird. But I guess that is part of the PR roller coaster.

    Hmm, I think that the PR update might be finally here. My blog has just been assigned a PR for 4, and this is the first time that got a PR!

    Mine went from PR6 to PR4. I think it settles down at 4 now. Sad, it dropped so much!

    I'm the owner of bunch of pr1 and pr2 sites. Well, It's kinda weird my sites with illegal content had a great boost on PR.

    Actually Brin and Page are mad at phpbb forums because of a golf game that went bad so they decreased their PR...

    Its sad when they take things so personal :p

    this is normal. google is always messing with you man, it tries to get inside your head. don't worry about it and focus on what you suppose to do, like building content, adding links, drinking red horse, etc.

    This update was pretty good, one of my sites went up 3 PRs , the rest 1 PR each and I've only had a drop in PR for 1 domain (which was expected because I didn't add new links at all and some were removed).

    Mine pretty much stayed the same except for 1 internal page jumped to a pr7 thanks to a great link (I do not do reciprocal linking)

    As far as I see, It's not. BUT If anyone knew a forum/forums had a jump with PR, I would want to check its content and backlink relations.
