even masalamasti.com has nothing in it , it is a parked domain but the only thing is that its 5 year old i sent a letter to them to buy it , i got a reply that minimum bid $9000

btw i agree with you that it does not have contetnt so wont go for high price

 

i recommend you starting up this site, and better dont wait for any appraisal as this domain is limited to only indian traffic

 

.in is not really a big market, i'd say reg fee it.

I would say Mid $xx - Low $xxx in after 2-3 months (After December the .in promotion ends)

Currently Directi .in promo sale is going on . So a .in domain costs only $3.69. After December 31st, .in costs $13. People are rapidly registering good names in this period. So after Dec, it's difficult to get good names for cheap prices.
