    I've known about this forum for some time and have frequently managed to find answers to any problems from existing threads.

    You're obviously an extremely knowledgable bunch here, so I'm not sure whether I'll be able to give any useful input, but I thought it only right that I register and see where things go.

    Sorry to start so soon with a request for help, but why can't I stay logged into the forum?
    I signed in, and ticked the box to remember me, but my first post took at least three attempts, because of repeated requests to sign in. I've read the FAQs, but can't see any answer there.
