I would simply go to the court and sue paypal.. nobody can force me to do some charity.. If I want to do a charity I would simply make a charity without anyone even knowing about it..
I have too much going on to take them to court and would just donate the 10% to a charity if possible. Although it does sound like one of those Nigerian Scams ;-)
I wonder how much of the remaining after the donation amount you would have to hand over to mafia? Something like 99.999999999%
i doubt !! they will just freeze my account and will keep all the money to themself .. like they always do ... it might be possible that they will ask me to make other account so that i can have 10% of that amount
I think it's amazing some of the replies in here. Me personally, if I had 1 million in Paypal then I would obviously be very wealthy. I would not even think twice about squabbling over 100k when I know I'll have 900k to play with. The thing you are all forgetting is how the 1 million got there in the first place. Obviously you would have worked hard to amass that much and it's not like that would not continue. Greed can overpower people in many ways. This is just one of them.
