My website is www.hihisoft.com and i sell my software Youtube Download on it. My meta keywords are all about youtube download, download youtube, download youtube videos and so on. I ve added H1 tag and Alt tag to images. Also, I submitted the sitemap file to google, and the title of each page is different. However, Google didn't shows my website in front... I am a newbie in SEO, what should I do? Any ideas?
You need to get more backlinks from sites that bears your targeted anchor text. You can use the yahoo backlink analyzer to monitor your incoming links.
Google says: as you can see, google knows more than 60 000 000 pages, optimized for your keywords. if you want to reach google top10, you should to increase the number of backlinks to your site, containing you keywords in their anchors. i can tell you more advices, pm me if you're interested to know seo better.
Your keywords are very very competitive.. jus addin meta tags and submitting sitemap won't help.. you need to build a lot of links.. the best thing in this case to do is search allintitle: youtube download in google whichever sites comes on first place check its backlinks on google and yahoo and thats the number of backlinks you need to build.. but go SLOW!!!... Here is the trick and need to know information about backlinks... You only want backlink\link exchanges with sites related to yours! This is very important, I highly recommend avoiding directories, I believe they hurt you more in the long run then help. You want your anchor text on those sites linking to you to be the keywords you want to show up for. I recommend the following method with backlinks... Before sending the request e-mail, add their link. Use the ref="nofollow" tag, this will make their link back a one-way backlink and have more weight. This seems deceptive, but your inserting their link prior to contacting them, they should investiage their link back, if they don't check or mention it and link back your fine, if they complain simply remove it. Register your domain for another 10 years. Currently it is only registered for 1 year. Tell Google you are planing on staying in business for more then a year and you should see better results. Time....Time...Time...Content....Content...Content....Supporting content....
This is one of silliest things I have ever seen for SEO Badvice. 1) If directories hurt rankings, then competitors would just auto-submit competing sites to directories automatically and hurt their ranks. Search engines are smarter then this badness. 2) ref="nofollow" is not link attribute. It is rel="nofollow". 3) Other webmaster could easily add rel="nofollow" attribute to link to cheat u in turn, leaving u with nothing except leaked traffics for leaked traffics. 4) Many webmaster looking for SEO link exchange (silly fools that they are) will look to make sure rel="nofollow" is not added to the link so they get SEO benefits. 5) SEO link exchange is badness that gets webmasters penalized and then they wonder why. Most SEOs do not know this and then end up losing traffics as a result. U are silly fool for make this advice, and anyone who listen to u will have no SEO success. Why u wreck someone else's SEO chances like that? Not nice thing to do. dicksonwoo: biggest problem with ur site is that no one would link to it, since it small and contains little useful stuff. Good sites with lots of infos and/or products get more ppls to like them and recommend. U have site devote to one and only one product. U need to fix so that ur site has lots of products and informations and then it will appeal to many users and search engines too.
