    looks a little like "linkup gold" from www hpwebscripts.com/linkupgold/ having had a play with it today ... although that does not pass out pr as far as i can tell (could be wrong).... although the directory links at the bottom of the pages leading to the fixed pages linked to prbots sites do :p

    ah well it will give a lot of "in" links to the directory to help promote his other sites
