    Hey guys

I'm planning to do a series of sites using mostly RSS feeds so they will be updated automaticly, and will mainly be using Adsense for income.

I believe I've heard something about dublicate content and Google not liking this. Is that true?

    Thanks

RSS fed websites are usually banned from google adsense after time. You'll never be able to display enough content per feed to not look like a automatic site. I would suggestion doing more than just feeds on your website.

Wasn't planning on doing a 100% RSS feed site network as I write, wanted to spice up the pages with some automated content, like news, charts etc, also add articles and do some content myself.

    Thanks for the comments

RSS feeds are great as an addition to your site's content as they make your page "alive" and "motivate" spiders to come back often. And I agree with those who said that only RSS feeds + AdSense = ban from AdSense, but still that is not what you are doing, you have nothing to worry about :)

I agree! There's already too much crap online, trying putting some effort into new, unique, quality content :)

Sounds good I'll keep working on the site then.

Anybody who can recommend a banner script manager to manage ads over a network of sites?

Comment to the last poster, I agree there's much crap out there, and you seem to support it, but still advertise in your SIG for a MFA script :)

Having read this thread, I'm just wondering if I've gone overboard with rss feeds on my site and on my site on my sig (the 1st link)

In need of advice and guidance. The rss feeds are placed mainly at the bottom of each post - Is this still regarded as 'too much'?

    Thanks. :)

Something like that is great actually. It's when you start feeding other posts as your own posts, that's when it becomes problematic. Just make sure they stay as RSS feeds :)

Its no problem for adsense.. but may harm your SERP for duplicate content.
